We are a dynamic and growing company in need of a talented individual to join our team as a Casual / Part Time Junior Marketing & Administration Assistant.

As the Junior Marketing & Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our online presence, marketing efforts, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Website Management:

• Maintain and update our company website with fresh and engaging content.
• Optimise website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility.
• Implement and monitor website analytics and generate reports to track key metrics.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reports to management.

General Admin:

• Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in website management, digital marketing, and general administrative tasks.
• Strong knowledge of website platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
