About the role
You will:

  • Develop and execute engagement and retention initiatives across both D2C and HCP Marketing to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Contribute to the development of Customer Journey Mapping
  • Analyse touch points with the organisation and maximising loyalty and retention opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end process from brief to execution and performance analysis
  • Define/refine segmentation and testing strategies across multiple digital and offline engagement channels to optimise marketing spend and maximise consumer revenue
  • Establish clear customer segmentation for their main product & Digital Health Platforms portfolio defining purchase patterns, sensor usage behaviours to maximise the customer lifecycle value
  • Create automated triggers based on customer purchase behaviors, as well as content for a user-friendly marketing learning agenda
  • Run A/B tests to improve the channel performance
  • Define marketing metrics that allows for measurement and optimisation at each stage along the path-to-purchase
  • Report on results and use insights to continuously optimise CRM program and digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with stakeholders, service providers and agencies to gather functional and technical requirements and optimise day-to-day operations; ensure data meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications

About you

  • 5-8 years of CRM experience gained at a country, regional or global level for a reputable consumer brand or a reputable agency, with industry experience in d2c, ecommerce or retail industries advantageous.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Analytical competency and knowledge of CRM planning and journey building, customer lifecycle management, segmentation and building personalised preference centres.
  • Experience navigating large/complex/matrix organisations with the ability to lead, influence, manage and influence a range of stakeholders across departments and geographical locations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct and produce post implementation analysis and reports with actionable improvements.
  • Ability to conceptualise and communicate detailed CRM technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with legal, compliance and regulatory affairs with solid understanding of the Privacy Acts and Spam Acts for ANZ.
