Principal - Raymont Residential College

An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and passionate leader to join our team as Principal.

Your role as Principal will be to provide excellent leadership of the Raymont Residential College, employees and facilities, creating a supportive and caring Christian environment in which residents flourish academically and socially, becoming well-formed young adults.


Success in this role:

  • Lead the spiritual, pastoral, academic, community and commercial aspects of the college
  • Take a handson approach to the running of the facilities and operations of the college to achieve operational and financial objectives
  • Provide leadership and management of College employee and Student leadership teams
  • Successful implementation and management of an academic support program for residents to enable them to fulfil their academic potential
  • Actively market and promote the College to achieve full occupancy
