The Position:
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team on a full-time basis at our Alcheringa aged care home in Swan Hill, Victoria. We have a few permanent full-time roles available - including NIGHT SHIFT
We are flexible and may consider part-time for the right person.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic and supportive clinical team and will contribute to our strong focus on providing safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to residents. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and support to lower classified employees, provide competent clinical care, and complete comprehensive clinical documentation.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, applicants will need to demonstrate:
- A tertiary qualification in nursing or hospital equivalent certificate;
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- A genuine interest for working in aged care;
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and to lead teams to achieve great outcomes for residents;
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload; and
- Flexibility for shift work.
To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.

We offer very competitive remuneration including NFP salary packaging and relocation assistance.
The base full-time annual salary (as provided by our enterprise agreement) for an experienced Registered Nurse is between $63, graduate) to $92, senior nurse, and nurse in charge) plus penalty rates and applicable allowances.
