What will you do?
As Ryman Healthcare continues to grow, we have created this new role to support the Procurement function. Reporting to the Procurement Manager you will primarily manage the contracts and source suppliers for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initially you will document a robust Procurement process to secure key suppliers.
- You will negotiate the best outcome for the organisation, build sustainable relationships, and regularly review our contracts and the overall delivery
- Ensure probity is maintained throughout any Request For Proposal process
- Be the Purchasing function for central expenditure lines

Who are you?**- You are a Procurement Specialist who has gained experience in a variety of organisations. Aged care or health, or disability is desirable, yet not essential
- Minimum of 5 years experience in end to end procurement
- You have experience in commercial activities around bids & estimation
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement i.e. internal/external stakeholders
Analytical skills
- Cost and spend analyses, excellent with excel, pivot tables, vlookups etc
- You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a highquality service at speed will be second nature
- As a resilient person you keep going, even when there are bumps in the road and you show composure under pressure
