DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role**Exclusive Networks is currently looking to employ a skilled Channel Account Manager to help drive growth within the channel. This role is ideally suited to an existing enterprise account manager looking to develop their career further.

The role reports to Sales Director.

As the Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Drive growth within existing partners and develop additional opportunities within the channel.
  • Ensuring partners are engaged, familiar, and leveraging our initiatives that will assist with growth.
  • Drive share of wallet of partners by being proactive and being a trusted advisor with your partners.
  • Working with our marketing department on campaigns for partners
  • Development and execution of Partner Account Plans to support the development and performance of those partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you**
The ideal Business Development Manager:
  • At least 4-5 years working in the IT Industry, or similar
  • Experience with the sales process and ideally within the ACT market, including pipeline creation, forecasting, and developing opportunities to close, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Proven relationships within the ACT and Federal market
  • Experience selling Cyber Security and Cloud services would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally and collaborate and network effectively.
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present to a variety of external audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills and an ability to understand and articulate both business benefits and technical advantages of the products and solutions.
  • Selfmotivated, independent and a strong desire to learn.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple activities.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
