URGENT- Disability Support Worker (DSW) - Lurnea and Condell Park (NSW)

Work as much as you want OR pick up shifts at your discretion to help fill up your day with extra shifts during times that suit your daily or weekly schedule.

Our Mobile App and Staff Portal will allow you to manage your own member profile and let you update your qualifications, shifts, timesheets, and payslips at your convenience.

Using our Mobile App, you can also filter for jobs near your location and work for the clients that you prefer. This gives you the control to decide when, where and who you want to work with. Select the shifts that suit your availability, whether it be a Day (AM), Afternoon (PM) or Night Shift (NS) so you can decide for yourself how much you want to work.

As a Disability Support Worker (DSW), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by; Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience

  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living
  • Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
  • Build relationships with our residents and visitors
  • A collaborator who enjoys having FUN at work
  • Display exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate health care documentation as required


We are offering:

  • Weekly salary ranging from $800-$2000
  • $ $68.09 per hour*
  • Employee Benefits + Superannuation + Penalty Rates

*Pay rate is according to Qualifications

What we require from you:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card
  • Working With Children / Blue Card (Preferred)
  • Certificate 3 or Paid Experience
  • Updated Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Driver's License and reliable transport
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
  • Manual Handling and Hoist Training would be desirable
