Beaumont People is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for a full time temporary position within the not-for-profit sector, based in Robina.

As a HR Coordinator, your main objective will be to provide administrative support to the HR team.

Daily task may include:

  • Preparing employment agreements.
  • Responding to HR queries and assigning or escalating matters as required
  • Conducting background checks as required
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Implementing and maintaining new and existing HR technologies
  • Providing general administration support, such as filing, data entry, taking minutes, organising meetings, and maintaining HR records
  • Preparing reports as required
  • Assisting with recruitment administration as required

Desirable skills:

  • Relevant HR or Business qualification highly regarded
  • Familiarity with relevant Awards, legislation, and regulations
  • Proficiency in processing high volume documentation
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
