Beaumont People is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for a full time temporary position within the not-for-profit sector, based in Robina.
Daily task may include:
- Preparing employment agreements.
- Responding to HR queries and assigning or escalating matters as required
- Conducting background checks as required
- Onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Implementing and maintaining new and existing HR technologies
- Providing general administration support, such as filing, data entry, taking minutes, organising meetings, and maintaining HR records
- Preparing reports as required
- Assisting with recruitment administration as required
Desirable skills:
- Relevant HR or Business qualification highly regarded
- Familiarity with relevant Awards, legislation, and regulations
- Proficiency in processing high volume documentation
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
