About the role:


This is a crucial role in a growing company where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, this role would ideally suit somebody with a background in various accounts positions that thrives in a fast paced working environment.

Reporting to the management team, you will assist with accounts receivable processing, customer billing & receipting.

You will be a positive individual with a can-do attitude who is willing to undertake a broad range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Raising invoices and sending to customers
  • Reviewing customer purchase orders to ensure invoice accuracy
  • Debt monitoring, reporting and collection, ensuring all debt is collected on time
  • Maintaining and reconciling debtor ledger and producing debtor reports
  • Allocating and receipting customer payments
  • Updating information for customer accounts
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, both internal and external to resolve queries and issues
  • Experience in a similar role will be beneficial
  • Automation & process improvement experience
  • Very good communicator
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft program skills
  • Xero experience
  • Attention to detail and a love for what you do
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Experience in mining industry desirable but not essential
