We're looking for a passionate, determined, 'guest experience' focused talent to join our Robina Team in the role of Store Manager.

The purpose of this role is to assist with rosters, manage KPI's, develop and mentor the team and lead sales.


ABOUT YOU:

  • Experienced in managing a team in a high volume turnover store
  • Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
