Job Description

Managing the entire monthly payroll process, which includes staff leave calculations, pay adjustments, handling workers' compensation claims, and ensuring payroll functions are reconciled. Handling salary packaging, offering guidance to staff, and assisting finance, HR, and employees with payroll inquiries. Maintaining the accuracy of the payroll system through precise administrative tasks, data input, and record maintenance. Contributing to payroll and finance projects, aiming for process enhancements, and providing timely internal and statutory reports.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of five years experience as a payroll officer
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to consistently meet deadlines and show proactive behavior
  • Proficiency in Micropay software
  • Must have baseline security clearance
