  • Our client AGL are seeking an experienced Administrator to join them on a contract basis in Sydney CBD offices.
This role will commence immediately and run for an initial duration of six months.

The incumbent will display behaviours which reflect and actively demonstrate alignment to the AGL Values of:

The Sustainable Business Energy Solutions team at AGL are responsible for establishing and sustaining a market leading position across a range of "behind the meter" technologies including solar energy and energy storage services for the business sector in Australia.

The role will support the team in raising service cases, contractor inspection requests and purchase orders, as well as raising customer quotes and sales orders and following up vendors for warranty claims, if required.

The role will be responsible to ensure all costs are accurately recorded by project and revenue's owed by customers or vendors (warranty claims) are recovered in a timely manner, based on sales orders raised.


Key accountabilities of this role:

  • Responsible for supporting the team to ensure adhoc and planned service work are scheduled in a safe and timely manner.
  • Responsible for correct allocation of project costs and revenues.
  • Raising Purchase orders for contractors and vendors against correct service cases.
  • Quoting and invoicing customers for unplanned service works and repairs
  • Invoicing vendors for warranty claims as required
  • Support team to arrange inductions and safety documentation for contractors with prior customer access permissions for any onsite service work.
  • Support Customer Experience Consultant to take overflow of inbound customer inquiries, raising service cases in Netsuite ERP system.

Experience required:

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Highly organized and experienced in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Highly organized and experienced in using Microsoft Office Package, Oracle Netsuite preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability, including demonstrated customer focus essential.
  • Management of thirdparty contractors not essential but will be highly regarded.
  • A cando attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
