Work Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Dry Creek, Adelaide SA

We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our Building and Construction team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager in this division, your primary role will involve assisting the team with all administrative duties, including collaborating with existing Contract Administrators.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing subcontractor agreements, insurance documents, and onboarding new suppliers and contractors
  • Handle invoice processing, goods receipts, and creation of purchase orders for building services
  • Support in managing registers like Aged Debtors, Retentions, Risks, and Opportunities
  • Assist with monthly reporting tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in handling sensitive information
  • Interest in learning internal processes and system documentation
  • Ability to adapt to changes calmly and professionally
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team or independently
