Work with a multidisciplinary unit consisting of specialist doctors, nurses and dietitians

Provide care for patients including specialised care for women with inborn errors of metabolism

  • The RMH Metabolic Diseases Unit is an internationally recognised service offering comprehensive treatment, care and support for people with genetic metabolic disorders.

Your new role:

  • Maintaining a specialist clinical nutrition service for adults including young adults transitioning from the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne.
  • Acting as a support to other health professionals across Victoria regarding the medical nutrition therapy of these patients
  • Working with key stakeholders to deliver excellence in patient care, teaching and research
  • Assisting with ongoing service improvement and development in this clinical area collaboratively with other team members.

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant clinical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide expert clinical service across a range of areas
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition & Dietetics
  • Eligibility for full membership of Dietitians Australia
