As our new Receptionist, you'll play a vital role incoordinating and managing the day-to-day administrative tasks forour Sales and Service teams. Positioned at thefront desk of our LDV, MG & Nissan dealerships inCampbelltown, you'll be the welcoming face to visitors, all whileseamlessly multitasking in a bustling environment. Your exceptionalmultitasking abilities will ensure you maintain a warm and engagingdemeanor while delivering top-notch administrative support to ourteams
To achieve this, your key duties and major activitieswill include:
Answering and directing incoming callsGreeting guests and guiding them accordinglyAssisting potential clients with inquiriesBooking vehicles for service and recalls using ERA andExcelPerforming general administration support tasksDelivering exceptional customer service at the front desk,welcoming customers warmly and aiding with all enquiriesHandling incoming phone calls and providing assistance viaphone and emailCompleting front office and administration duties as perstandard operating procedures.What you need to succeed in the role:
Ability to work full-time.Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability tohandle enquiries professionally.Intermediate computer skills, including proficient use ofMicrosoft Office and Microsoft Office 365.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Experience in a busy environment, with the ability to managecompeting demands, work to deadlines, and maintain attention todetail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Peter Warren?
