About the Role
This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow.

Whilst learning on the job, the role primarily involves assisting with processing and providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to employees using multiple systems, data entry of payroll and office administration tasks including liaison with clients and employees via ticketing system, Microsoft teams and phone.

Whilst completing a Certificate IV in Payroll Administration.

  • Fixed term Full Time position working 38 hours per week (1 FTE) to 1 July.

  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency with intermediate aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Effective communication and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentially on information at all times
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
