Join our Culture and Capability team at ACH Group's Mile End office as we embark on an exciting period of growth. We're seeking an experienced learning and organisational development professional to join us on a full-time basis.

About The role: As a key member of the Culture and Capability team, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing a thriving organisational culture and enhancing the skills of our workforce. With a roadmap laid out for the next 24 months, you'll leverage your expertise to refine existing programs and develop new initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with leaders to deliver our decentralised training model.
  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development programs.
  • Be a key driver of our culture program, including conducting the annual workforce survey.
  • Crafting and delivering onboarding and induction programs.
  • Building on our talent and succession framework.
  • Promoting diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.
  • Overseeing the Learning Management Systems (LMS).

About you: We're looking for a skilled culture and capability professional who thrives on managing multiple projects. In addition to that, you should possess:

  • A proven track record in Organisational Development or Human Resources Business Partnering.
  • The ability to autonomously manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum to reduce your tax.
