Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our automation projects.

As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions tailored to meet our clients' specific needs.

Leveraging your strong network and sales or pre-sales experience, you will actively engage with clients to understand their requirements, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and ongoing support.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for automation.

Develop and present compelling proposals and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our automation solutions, leveraging your sales or pre-sales experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.

Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring the successful execution of automation initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in automation, particularly Blue Prism and UiPath, to continuously enhance our offerings and capabilities.

Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on automation strategy, deployment, and optimization, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in sales or pre-sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, engage clients, and close deals.

Extensive experience with automation platforms, particularly Blue Prism and UiPath, including hands-on implementation and configuration.

Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise architecture, and IT infrastructure, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Relevant certifications in Blue Prism and UiPath are highly desirable.
