About the role:

We are seeking a qualified Primary School Holiday Program Educator to join our team. You will provide quality care and recreation program for primary school aged children, families, and the local community.

Operating in this role you will plan and facilitate engaging appropriate and inclusive activities to all ages and abilities, in a well supervised, safe and encouraging environment.


Skills and experience require to perform the role:

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Years & Education/Certificate III in Child Care/Disability/recreation or other youth and child related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Coordinator / Assistant Coordinator roles in Out of School Hours (OSHC) settings.
  • Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID01
  • Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC) or Registration with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
  • Available to work a flexible roster at varied venues nine (9) weeks per year during school holidays.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations.
  • Proven knowledge of "My Time Our Place" Framework for school aged children.
  • Experience in working with children with additional needs and facilitating inclusive programs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Child Safety and Wellbeing responsibilities.
