Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse and common area at all times.
  • Coordinate, prioritize and complete goods' pick & pack for orders' dispatches within required timeframe.
  • Ensure dispatch orders are packed in compliance with the receiver's standards. Issue and maintain paperwork for dispatch as required. The pick, pack and dispatch transactions are input into ERP system correctly.
  • Ensure all goods are unloaded, inspected, verified and put away within required timeframe. The goods receipt transactions are input into ERP system correctly.
  • Process and manage goods returned for credit as required.
  • Prepare urgent orders and warehousing work as required.
  • Monitor the bulk and pick location stock level, rotate stock across bin locations in a timely manner, update pallet labels correctly, and complete ERP transactions correctly.
  • Monitor spare pallets and replenish in a timely manner to avoid stockout.
  • Monitor warehouse consumables in a timely manner to avoid stockout.
  • Conduct cycle counts as per schedule, and reconcile the stock leve after it is approved. Conduct full stocktake with team members and finance team.
  • Inspect and verify stock and locations as required.
  • Maintain up to date work instruction procedures
  • Proactively prepare storage and workflow associated with business needs, such as new product launch, marketing activities, and obsolete stock disposal.

Skills & Experience

  • Citicenship or holding a valid visa with the right to work in Australia
  • At least 2 years warehouse experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Applicant must have proficient skills and experience in operating highreach forklift with a valid forklift license
  • Applicant must have the ability to lift and handle objects up to 20kg
  • Applicant must have a hight attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well with team members and build a friendly working environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems and procedures with business growth and change
