Assistant Service Manager to join our Service team.

This is a hands-on role in which the successful applicant will be supporting, training, and mentoring all Service Advisors, as well as serving their own Guests, ensuring exceptional customer service.

How you will make an impact:

  • Engaging with guests and building a positive rapport
  • Handling guest enquiries with respect to service bookings and enquiries
  • Estimating costs associated with jobs and determining completion time
  • Keeping the guest updated on the vehicle at all times whether it be delayed or requiring further work
  • Supporting, training and mentoring all Service Advisors within the team
