  • Working out of a combination of our Mt Buller & Mansfield Office as our Apartments Coordinator in a fulltime, yearround position and part of our Buller Holidays team, you will be the first point of contact for the majority of our guests & Apartment Owners.
In winter, our focus is on 24-hour guest satisfaction and you will need to be available for a flexible roster over this period:

  • Customer service is at the heart of what we do and as our new Buller Holidays Apartments Coordinator, you will lead this for our guests and be responsible for:
  • Professionally and enthusiastically answering guest inquiries, and providing extensive information about Mt Buller, including accommodation, snow products, transport and activities
  • Working with our Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance teams to organise and send prearrival information to guests, and ensure accommodation readiness and the smoothest of checkin processes
  • Responding promptly to all owner correspondence and to all guests' requests, enquiries and complaints
  • Follow all company standards in regards to safety protocols, cash management and standard operating procedures, with a high level of technical precision in record keeping, and maintenance of owner agreements
  • To assist in the running and producing of reports including completing End Of Month system roll & sending owner statements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure and maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency, including ability to easily and efficiently navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type simultaneously, and troubleshoot basic computer issues
  • Experience in an accommodation environment, i.e. housekeeping, hotel reception or reservations
