Are you looking for the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled, professional, friendly team who take pride in providing high-quality service?
As the Customer Service Officer - Inpatient Billing, you will be responsible for providing outstanding levels of customer service to patients and consumers; whilst providing clerical support to the patient billing and collection functions of the Patient Accounts office.
You will be working on a range of inpatient billing functions including bed fees, prostheses fees and theatre fees for a variety of private, compensable, and Medicare ineligible patients.
