A unique opportunity

This is a dynamic and ever-changing division where you'll get real hands-on exposure to all things restructuring and insolvency including:

  • Preparation of reports to creditors
  • Tradeon management, including preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Investigation, analysis and reporting on corporate and personal financial affairs
  • Sales of property, plant and equipment
  • Drafting advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings
  • Preparation of insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions
  • Liaison with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers etc
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines
  • Internal cash management and record keeping
  • Exposure to many different industries and diverse groups of people

We are looking for a recent Graduate who has:

  • A keen interest in a career in restructuring/insolvency/turnaround/bankruptcy
  • A desire to work towards CA and ARITA qualifications we'll support this with financial assistance and mentoring opportunities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
