Our client desires to create a people first environment, with customers at the heart of everything you do you will be required to:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are wellstocked and organised.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and individual growth.
  • Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively and enhance the store's appearance.
  • Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute plans for store promotions and events.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a similar position.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
  • Effective communication is crucial for interacting with customers, staff, and upper management
  • Achieving sales targets and goals
