This is the perfect opportunity for an administration/sales specialist who is a genuine people person that appreciates the importance of building relationships with customers.


Do you have flair for design and enjoy working with customers in a fun and energetic environment? Our client is passionate about providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction through their specialisation in the sale of an extensive range of hand-selected and beautiful tiles from their trusted suppliers, keeping up with trends but also maintaining the range of classic products they have built their reputation on.


Some key things you can expect to perform...

  • Focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
  • Develop trust and deliver excellence in customer service
  • Perform general sales administration
  • Engage with all types of people, creating longlasting relationships
  • Respond to customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms
  • Assist customers in making product selections based on customer needs and product specifications
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping
  • Use of the Microsoft suite of programs including, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Ensure functional adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines

This role will suit someone who has plenty of energy, has great sales & customer service ethic, is adaptable and comfortable assisting with all tasks as required.


  • Home improvement retail sector experience ideal
  • Previous retail experience in Floor Coverings or the Building Industry is beneficial but not essential
  • Interior Design background beneficial
  • Proven sales administration experience
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to establish rapport with customers
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer Literacy is essential
