Description:
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client relationships;
- Liaising with banks, solicitors, accountants, and real estate agencies to ensure a smooth lending experience;
- Adhere to all compliance requirements and lending processes;
- Processing valuations & credit checks;
- Following up with clients for additional supporting documents;
- File management and compliance;
- Maintaining contact with customers to keep them abreast of all key milestones;
- General office duties and assisting management;
- Own the delivery of excellent service and communication with clients and;
- Liaise with lenders and other industry participants
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in lending either working in a mortgage brokerage or with a bank;
- Critical thinking and problem solving;
- Knowledge of residential lending;
- Excellent client relationship skills;
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude;
- Attention to detail;
- A commitment to go above and beyond to exceed our customers' expectations;
- Experience using a CRM platform;
- Experience using MS Office and;
- Fluent in Mandarin
