Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce the risk of re-offending and enhance public safety.

It serves a key function of the NSW Communities and Justice Sector by providing effective, safe and humane management of offenders both in custody and in the community.

CSNSW also works in partnership with other government and community agencies to ensure that offenders and their families are supported.

About the role:


The role performs administrative and reception services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services for the organisation.

It also undertakes a range of administrative support services relating to the business, including non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events.


Essential requirements

  • Ability to perform reception duties in a professional and respectful manner
  • Current Drivers licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role
