Assistant Project Officer

Employment type - Temporary - full time
Salary - Grade 5/6 ($89,707 to $98,982 p.a. plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.)
Your role
Do you have an interest in human resources and project management support? Would you like to combine these skills and be part of a team that supports the delivery of services to children, families and young people? This role could be for you.
What you'll do
As part of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Team for DCJ Communities you will provide project support and administrative assistance to the Director HRBP Communities.
Tasks will be related to the implementation and evaluation of the Caseworker Strategy, and will support programs and projects for the HRBP Communities Team.
The position will also include administration and secretariat support as needed by the Director.What we're looking for
- Experience in supporting project and program delivery or design and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and presentations
- Highly developed administration skills.
