  • Contribute to efficient information and records management.
  • Build positive relationships with peers, staff, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Organised, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Experience in handling highvolume customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
