The Role
We are currently looking for dedicated
Educators for immediate start

These are
Permanent, full time and
part time opportunities.

**Must be available 3 to 5 days per week (Mon

  • Fri)**
    Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups
  • Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes for qualified staff.
  • Set up, facilitate, and clean down after our playbased activities
  • Create a friendly, stimulating and interactive learning environment.
  • Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Hold a Cert III ECEC or Diploma ECEC
  • Hold or be willing to obtain Blue Card
  • Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Early Childhood Education sector
  • Previous experience in understanding the needs of children with additional needs
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Knowledge, experience and a passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of motivation and initiative
  • Flexibility in relation to working hours
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in the workplace
  • Experience with Childcare and Xplor and Playground would be highly regarded
