This is our promise to the Victorian community and the reason we exist.$105,644 per annum + Superannuation Full Time, Ongoing Position Geelong (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)About the role The Talent Development Consultant will design, develop and implement talent development solutions that build organisational capability and support Work Safe to achieve its business strategy and outcomes.

This position also provides expert advice and hands on, solution design, for the successful implementation of programs and practices that build a high-performance, future ready and values-led workforce.


Key accountabilities:

Lead the Performance Development approach, ensuring it is aligned with Work Safe's Strategy and culture Design, develop and implement impactful and engaging performance development and talent solutions Ensure alignment of Performance and Development programs and initiatives with Strategic Workforce Planning Design and implement career development approaches and where required, programs to develop and engage workforce segments Inform Work Safe's approach to career pathway planning and support employees who are looking to develop their careers Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders and broader People & Culture teams to design, develop and deliver career and talent pipeline initiatives Provide facilitation and/or facilitation support for workshops, including both face to face and online Please ensure you click here to view the Position Description provided for additional information on accountabilities for this role.

About you You will have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across various management levels with a genuine passion for uplifting leadership capability to support team member's career development.

With a human centred approach you will also have strong networking and relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to journey map combined with the ability to support the uplift of capability to meet future needs.


Skills and experience:

Demonstrated experience operating in a Learning & Organisational Development environment, providing tailored and nuanced talent and performance development solutions Ability to navigate through a multilayered and complex operating environment, whilst collaborating with stakeholders to drive effective solutions to business needs A solid understanding of the supporting levers and mechanisms that drive talent and performance development and how to leverage these to inform an organisational approach Proven experience in working with stakeholder groups to ensure designed training programs and agreed learning strategy aligns with business objectives and talent pathways Extensive facilitation and presentation experience across a range of audiences Excellent project management skills covering the development, planning, managing, implementation and evaluation stages of own and team projects Working with Us At Work Safe, we aspire for every employee to feel connected, safe and valued in their team, for teams to feel valued in the workplace, and for Work Safe to be valued in the community.
