As a member of the Audio Visual Team at Camden Civic Centre, you will provide quality and consistent technical support through advice, set up, and delivery of sound and lighting presentations.

You will be an integral member of our dynamic Functions and Events team, in a professional, innovative and customer-focused environment.

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivery of highquality audiovisual production and customer liaison
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team with a customer focus
  • Flexible availability over a sevenday roster
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively organise and prioritise workloads
  • Current Working with Children Check

Desirable:

  • Experience in an audiovisual technician's role
  • Current Drivers licence
  • First Aid qualifications
  • Current RSA and ID Card
  • To meet Council's WHS requirements and in accordance with Council's Covid19 Safety Plans, this position has been identified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID19 or provide evidence of an approved medical contraindication. If a medical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against a risk assessment and the decision of whether Council accepts the medical contraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs._
