About the Role Responsible to source, secure, and maximise total revenue for W Melbourne across the MICE and social segments, with a focus on converting group and catering business Reporting to the Director of Sales and Distribution, this role will focus on confirming MICO business and managing the social events in the venues and function space to ensure W Melbourne is the hotel market leader in Melbourne This role directly drives revenue and increases market share across the segments of rooms, B&F, and other revenue generating sources in line with W Hotels and Marriott International's brand standards Build and maintain close working relationships with Marriott International's Global Sales Team network to maximise business for W Melbourne Undertake and arrange Insider Tours and Familiarisation programs for clients across the segments you manage with strong potential to produce business for W Melbourne Represent W Melbourne and Marriott International at relevant functions and events W Hotels' mission is to Ignite Curiosity, Expand Worlds.
