Your new role:


You will be working in Maritime where we have been awarded the contract by the Australian Government to design and build nine anti-submarine warfare frigates for the Royal Australian Navy.

The Hunter Class Program is using Australian suppliers, labour & expertise from every state and territory including overseas.

As the Project Performance Analyst you will be responsible for leading and delivering the monthly reporting drumbeat for the Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP) and reporting deliverables to the customer.

You will also be responsible with assisting the HCFP Head of Program Performance in establishing live dash boarding for the Program.


In more specific terms you will:

  • Support the Head of Program Performance in developing & establishing the live dashboard environment for the HCFP
  • Engage and work with delivery teams to migrate team metrics to BI Software
  • Coordinate and compile Program Performance reporting from delivery teams ensuring measurements are submitted in line with reporting objectives and quality requirements
  • Govern reporting forums to ensure correct and relevant measurements are presented and all issues and actions are closed out within agreed timeframes
  • Improve decision support methods and tools to analyses Program Performance against defined criteria to support effective Project reviews

About you:

As an applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:

  • Experience using Tableau or similar BI Software (desirable)
  • Skills in producing reports, documentation and presentations to highlight trends & opportunities
  • Enjoy working in a complex and time sensitive work environment
  • Your super power is data analytics and creating metrics
  • The ability to build relationships, not afraid to questions with an inquisitive mindset
  • Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
