About the role:

  • Monitor workflow and priorities payment requests on a daily basis ensuring all cases are efficiently and accurately processed.
  • Verify accuracy of incoming payment requests including pick up an abnormal items and duplication
  • Process consumer refund claims /invoice/ employee expense with accuracy in accordance with the policies.
  • Prepare weekly and bimonthly payment runs.
  • Resolve queries raised by bank in regards to payment request transactions.
  • Provide system and policy support to employees
  • Work with the NERP team to ensure errors are fixed on time.
  • Provide employee expense training
  • Assist with month end closing and reporting requirements.
  • Unblock credit card claims
  • Employee accounts reconciliation as required
  • Liaise with internal departments and other stakeholders
  • Assist with internal and external audit as requested
  • Alert manager of any errors/abnormal items to ensure smooth operation
  • Assist with projects and other adhoc duties as required

About you:

  • Degree qualified (required)
  • Experience using Concur and SAP (preferred)
  • Previous experience in solely AP role (required)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment
