Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair in achieving visually dynamic and contemporary Op Shops.
We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development.

Our Delacombe Op Shop will allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.

Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting's culture.

What's on offer
It's a full-time permanent role, working five days per week.

We may be flexible with days for the right candidate –call us to talk about your availability You will join ahighlycapableandcompetentteamthat is friendly, helpful, respectful and enjoys a good laugh from time to time.

In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you'll also receive 17.5% leave loading, 25% discount at all Uniting Op Shops and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits.

There is also an option for additional purchasedleave to increase your annual leaveentitlements and access to learning and development opportunities.

About you
You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.
You are an experienced retail star, looking for a great opportunity.
You have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores.

Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a new dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
