The role


You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, work in a fast-paced environment, have a high attention to detail, and understand 'customer' needs, and be willing to learn and develop individually and in a team.

Prior experience in admissions is highly regarded.

Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Contribute towards the development of Admissions promotional material and the website
  • Process enrolment documents
  • Maintain student records in the student management system and student files
  • Coordinate, including the preparation for, the annual scholarship testing day.
  • Participate in recruitment activities such as Open Mornings, both College and Kindle, and the Scholarship Testing mornings

About You

  • 5+ years experience in customer service
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A current Working with Children Check and Police Check
  • Be a strategic thinker, open to ideas, striving for excellence and have a high level of integrity
