We work with a number of exceptional Agencies and Property Companies across Australia, who are always on the lookout for outstanding talent to join their team and be a part of their continued success in both the residential and commercial sectors.

We regularly have Assistant and Senior Property Manager roles in both the residential and commercial space. It's a busy time in the industry.

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of residential or commercial properties.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate with tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist with tenant screening, lease agreements, and rent collection.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to achieve operational goals.

Senior Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of residential or commercial properties, ensuring efficient operations and maximum tenant satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize rental income and property value.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and lease renewals.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals.

Requirements for Assistant and Senior Property Managers:

  • Valid registration/license in real estate or property management.
  • Proven experience in residential and/or commercial property management.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant local and national property laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in property management software (PropertyTree, PropertyMe, Cirrus8 etc) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
