Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing and as a result we are looking for Part Time Customer Service Consultants to join our team in our Eastern Creek, Sydney location, to start on Monday 8th January 2024.

Part time days of work - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.00am to 2.00pm

Training:

Is Full time for 4 weeks' provided and is a mix of both classroom and on the job learning.

Training is from 8am-4pm starting on Monday 8th January.

Answer inbound calls from customers
Provide accurate product information
Accurately update customer records

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience working in a busy customer service role
  • call centre, office, retail and hospitality backgrounds welcome
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Able to start on Monday 8th January
