Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Leading, coaching, and guiding a team of committed hospitality professionals
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
  • Working closely with the kitchen team and multitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets

What we need from you:

  • A professional, positive, upbeat and can do attitude
  • 2+ years' related experience
  • Fluent English
  • NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
