Full Time Wash Supervisor to join the team at
Fremantle.

Your Opportunity:


As a Wash Supervisor, you will oversee the team of detailing staff to produce a quality product complying with company standards.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining detailing standards through checklists and regular 'spot checks'
  • Shift management of fleet supply in conjunction with the Operations Manager/Area Manager
  • Ensuring all staff have the required adequate training to perform the tasks required
  • Ensuring all staff fully understand their role and how their performance will be measured
  • Managing work shifts to comply with current Award conditions
  • Grooming returned vehicles so they are ready for our next customer
  • Recording vehicle damage
  • Delivering vehicles between sites

About You:

  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Desire to work in a fastpaced environment where targets are exceeded
  • Ability to work shift work and varied work hours on a roster system
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
