Currently seeking an Executive Assistant, we are looking for someone to ensure a premium service to clients, work in a great brand and be the backbone to a fantastic Director. If this sounds like you then please read on

The Role:

  • Monday – Friday Role
  • Co-Manage Director & Team's Diary
  • Attending photoshoots, marketing appointments and any ad hoc appointments
  • Assisting with styling
  • Preparing Auction Packs & open home packs
  • Assisting the sales team with campaign management
  • Liaising with vendors and buyers
  • Data Entry, Managing enquiry & liaison with all internal & external clientele
  • Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
  • Assisting with the exchange process
  • Preparing properties for sale & open
  • Ad hoc duties

The Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred
  • Previous Real Estate experience
