Job Description This is a unique opportunity for an outgoing and individual with administrative skills to kick-start their career in Media.**The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales with the planning and management of their duties as well as all administrative tasks, requiring a sound understanding of the organisations policies, procedures and structure.


This role works also to support the broader Brisbane sales office and will engage in key communication on a national level to assist where required.


Office Size Support for x 52 People across Metro. Regional, Digital, Publishing, Audio, Powered and commerce functions within the business.

Day to day you will:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Sales
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Oversee visitors to the office as the main point of contact
  • Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Manage extensive diary and travel management for the entire sales team
  • Coordinate, manage and book travel and preparation of itineraries as required; domestic and international
  • Help to prepare documents, presentations and draft responses
  • Data entry of advertising spots to sales and traffic system
  • General administrative tasks for Sales team

Qualifications In order to be successful for this role, you will ideally have**:

  • Ideally 1 year + experience in supporting and interacting with senior executives
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of Google Suite of products and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced skills and knowledge in Google Calendar and Inbox management
  • Excellent demonstrated communication skills both written and oral in a clear and articulate manner
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships (via telephone) and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations.
  • The ability to solve problems and demonstrate initiative
  • Experience working in, and thriving in, a fastpaced environment and delivering under pressure
  • A dedicated and flexible attitude and a willingness to do a range of tasks outside of dayto
