Accountable for Water Corporation's proactive talent sourcing and attraction strategies, this is a highly visible role, that provides expert advice and strategic direction on critical initiatives that impact the immediate team and wider business.


Lead and deliver key Talent Strategies

Offered on a fixed term contract / job share basis for a period of 12 months, this is a role full of opportunity, where you can leverage your experience to drive new and improved talent strategies and processes, whilst working closely with a collaborative job share partner and high performing team.

You will be:

  • An energetic, inclusive and experienced Talent Lead, keen to support our organisation to build a sustainable workforce for the future.
  • Responsible for coleading a team of 5 accountable for Aboriginal, Diversity and Specialist sourcing, as well as recruitment marketing campaigns and EVP.
  • Working collaboratively whilst expertly business partnering with people leaders to design and develop frameworks that will support talent and succession planning, strategic sourcing and opportunities to improve organisation diversity through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Developing and embedding a proactive approach to sourcing and attraction, understanding external factors and ensuring the Corporation can deliver
  • Translating your strong understanding of market influences and insights into strategic recommendations and actions.
  • Establishing processes, systems and operating rhythms that evidence effective sourcing and recruitment methods.

Job-sharing 3 days a week, together you will be responsible for developing the sourcing and attraction strategy, as well as the Corporation's Employee Value Proposition, to position Water Corporation as an employer of choice in all key talent markets, with a focus on diversity.
