We are searching for a casual receptionist to support the team across our Cowes and Wonthaggi practices.

This would be a great position for someone who loves being with people and only wants to work every now and then.

The position is to assist other chiropractic assistants with annual leave and sick leave needs.

Are you?

  • Interested in your own health and wellness
  • Bubbly, outgoing and happy to chat to anyone

  • Have the ability to multitask and time manage to a high standard
  • Initiative and remain calm in all situations
  • Demonstrate people skills and the ability to make patients feel welcome and calm
  • Experience as a receptionist (particularly healthcare related) would be preferred but not necessary

The role includes

  • Greeting patients and creating conversation
  • Answering phones
  • Making appointments
  • Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS
  • Making sales from our shop (supplements etc) and having the ability to know small amounts about each product. (Training provided for this)
