Calling experienced venue managers with a track record of managing high volume and premium venues. MUST be passionate about good food, good wine and be experienced in building and training high performing teams in a professional and supportive environment.

The Role

  • You will manage all daytoday activities of the venue, including the bar, restaurant, event space and activations
  • You will be across financial reporting, managing COGs and finding new and creative ways to drive revenue
  • You will be managing a large team including the kitchen team, restaurant manager, bar team and reservations team
  • You will motivate the existing team with a focus on training, development, succession planning and foster a positive workplace culture
  • You will be passionate about what you do, with high energy and a positive attitude to get stuck in and make things happen
  • You will be excited to shape this new venue, work with the vision and create something special and the hottest spot in town.

What you Need

  • At least 4 years' of fullservice restaurant/venue management
  • Ability to multitask, manage a dynamic venue with a lot of moving parts
  • Approved Managers License, RSA is a must
  • High understanding of cocktails, wine and spirits
  • Proven ability to train and motivate teams, foster a great culture of highperformers
