Our client is a fast paced, high growth EPCM in the mineral processing plant design sector.
They are a global company looking for a highly experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in design to grow the minerals team in Brisbane.
- Contribute to engineers-in-training professional development by identifying avenues of development and provide consistent mentoring.
- Contribute to the delivery of improvement initiatives which support business priorities.
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineeringor equivalent.
- 12 plus yearsof post graduate experience in mineral processing or related industries.
- Experience in gold, base metals or lithium will be considered favourably.
- CP Engand RPEQqualifications preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage multi-disciplined teams.
- Proficient understanding of business acumen and ability to adapt to different business environments.
- Leader with the ability to initiate, lead and manage change in a complex environment.
- Willing to travel outside Australia on a periodic basis to suit the needs of the business and its operations.
