The Manager, Technology Finance & Analytics will provide additional analytical and managerial support to The Technology & Operations Finance team during a period of increased workload driven by the bank sale.

What you'll do

Support the timely and accurate close of monthly results.Support the development of regular expense forecasts.Deliver management information including insightful commentary on operating expenses, capital expenditure and FTEs in an efficient and effective manner.Provide proactive financial advice to the Technology & Operations teams to facilitate informed decisions.Manage a team of analysts and monitor their output to ensure team deliverables are achievedProactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency of BAU activities in order to unlock further capacity during peak periods.Be an active member of the Finance & Advice Community, contributing to the attainment of the team's objectives and plans.Work closely with the Manager, T&O & Partnering Finance with respect to all activities.

What you'll bring

Tertiary qualifications in finance, Accounting (or similar) (Mandatory)Post- graduate qualifications, (ICA) (CFA) (CPA) (desired)Experience in business partnering, performance management or a financial performance & analysis roleExperience using Power BI for financial reporting and analysisExperience in leading and coaching a team of analystsStrong business knowledge with experience in a medium to large financial services organisationProven ability to utilise and translate business knowledge to develop business & finance strategy
