About The Company

This progressive highly respected global FMCG manufacturing organisation is one of the world's leading manufacturers & is well known for its major operations, operational excellence & passion for innovation.

Due to increase in operations, an opportunity has now arisen for a Maintenance Planner to be responsible for maintenance planning activities (including planned & preventative)for shutdown & major maintenance activities for its major manufacturing plant.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, key duties include the following:
  • Implement & coordinate all maintenance planning activities both planned & preventative maintenance.
  • Identify PM Work Orders in SAP to ensure work is planned & scheduled within designated time frames.
  • Manage major facility shutdown management & coordination.
  • Be responsible for engineering stores management & site facility maintenance management.
  • Effectively liaise with internal & external key stakeholders.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
  • Tertiary or Diploma Qualified in Engineering.
  • Maintenance management & maintenance planning experience.
  • Specific experience using CMMS systems experience.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • 3-5 years experience in maintenance planning activities.
  • Specific experience in MS Office (MS Word, Excel Skills).
  • Sound communication & interpersonal skills.
